Objectives of this Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to join our company.
You will play a key role in handling complex legal matters, overseeing legal projects, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including agreements and policies.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise on potential impacts.
- Ensure the company's adherence to ethical standards and corporate governance.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
- Develop and implement legal policies and procedures for the organization.
- Handle negotiations and settlements, both internally and externally.
- Oversee and guide the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing legal issues.
- Provide legal counsel to the company on a range of issues.
- Manage and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
- Safeguard confidential information related to business strategies
- Play a key role in decision-making processes, offering insights from a legal perspective.
Required qualifications
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in Law
- At least 6-7 years of professional experience
- Professional Working Proficiency in English and Armenian written and verbal
- Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload
