Job responsibilities

Objectives of this Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to join our company.

You will play a key role in handling complex legal matters, overseeing legal projects, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including agreements and policies.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and advise on potential impacts.
  • Ensure the company's adherence to ethical standards and corporate governance.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings when required.
  • Develop and implement legal policies and procedures for the organization.
  • Handle negotiations and settlements, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee and guide the legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and addressing legal issues.
  • Provide legal counsel to the company on a range of issues.
  • Manage and review contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards.
  • Safeguard confidential information related to business strategies
  • Play a key role in decision-making processes, offering insights from a legal perspective.

Required qualifications

Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Law
  • At least 6-7  years of professional experience
  • Professional Working Proficiency in English and Armenian written and verbal
  • Strong ability to organize and prioritize workload
